This year, Hill Creek Farms will not be formally catering any events, but instead will allow one of the following 3 options to our valued patrons:

Rent or request full service options from one of our 4 great venues on the farm

1. Bring your own food to one of our venues.
We will set up the venue itself with tables and chairs, everything cleaned and prepared. We ask that all trash generated is dumped in one our supplied dumpsters and that you return the venue itself as found (cleaned to the level given to you)

2. Hire our preferred caterer - to do all the work!
We can certainly recommend Jenn Muldoon and Murray Levin from our team last year. They know the farm, its venues and how to set up your party correctly. Jenn Muldoon and Chef Murray Levin will prepare your food and set up everything accordingly. With this option, they will clean up on your behalf. Contact jen@haddonculinary.com for their menu options

3. Bring your own outside caterer.*
But same rules, they will be responsible for final clean up
 
*Please note, any outside caterer will have to be fully insured and add Hill Creek Farms as an additional insured.
Also note, use our preferred caterer and take 40% off the below pricing.

The Farm officially opens August 1st 2020, but you can rent anyone of our venues any time after April 1st and thru November 22nd.

Prices are as follows:

Rental Fee for the various venues are: (includes Tables, chairs and bathroom facilities)

• Harvest House - Seats 100 Guest @ $750 for 4 hrs.
• Loft Cafe - Seats 55 Guest @ $650 for 4 hrs. (except during August 1st and thru November 8th)
• Covered Patio - Seats 35 Guest @ $550 for 4 hrs.
• Farms to Table Room - Seats 40 Guest $550 for 4 hrs.

We are not a BYOB, however we can sell and serve Auburn Wines, and with that can do Sangrias and Mimosa’s in addition to wines ($2.50 per head upcharge + cost of juice selected).
