Fine Dining Saturday - Farm to Table Sit Down Dinner

1st Course -
Each Farm to Table experience begins with a beautiful spread of cured meats, cheeses, grilled and pickled vegetables from the fields at Hill Creek Farms beautifully displayed on handcrafted wooden boards

2nd Course -
Country Style cornbread served on top of HCF signature cabbage slaw served with our very own apple butter

3rd Course -
Crisp Kale from HCF fields, tossed in an apple cider Vinaigrette topped with spirals of yellow squash and zucchini, crisp cherry pickled cucumbers & Candied Pecans 

4th Course -
Choice of 1 of the following:
Surf & Turf 
From our favorite butchers and fisherman at Rastelli Foods enjoy 6 oz herb crusted petite filet and a 4 oz grilled lobster tail served with marinated grilled vegetables picked right from our garden and herb roasted baby red bliss potatoes 
Grilled Airline Chicken Breast 
Apple Cider brined Chicken Breast served with marinated grilled vegetables picked right from our garden and herb roasted baby red bliss potatoes 

5th Course -
Homemade Ricotta Cheese Cake topped with HCF Cherries
