Kale picked from the Fields at Hill Creek Farms, Mini meatballs made from a blend of Rastelli ground beef, pork, and veal, orzo, in a seasoned Chicken Broth with fresh herbs picked right from the Chef’s Garden at Hill Creek Farms   

4th Course -

Hand Rolled Meatballs made with Rastelli Beef, Pork, & Veal, Sweet Italian Sausage, and Short Ribs. Slowly cooked all day in traditional Marinara made with San Marzano Tomatoes, Fresh Garlic, Parsley, Thyme, and Oregano picked right from the Chefs Garden served with Fresh Cut Spaghetti tossed in the same Delicious Marinara topped with Grated Parmesan
