Farm-to-Table Dinners at Hill Creek Farms are led with one of South Jersey’s finest chefs, Murray Levin, at the helm.
 
Chef Murray’s history as an excellent culinary chef has earned him some of the most prestigious awards in the Tri-State area. He is a pioneer of the current “farm-to-table” movement and for the last 30 years he has remained connected to local farmers in Vineland, Mullica Hill, Swedesboro, and other areas in South Jersey. Freshness and cooking with items at their optimal flavor levels are Chef Murray’s trademarks.
 
Apples play a key role in our menu and you can expect them to be featured in salads, entrees, and desserts as well.
 
Join us for dinner on the farm at Hill Creek in one of our two outdoor settings: overlooking our apple orchard or by our pond. All our dining areas feature area lighting, live classic music, delicious wine , and a dinner that will be fresh and flavorful. The market and gift shop will also be open for you to browse. 


October 28th
Feature dinner will be a stuff roast pork with fall greens, harvest red peppers, Italian cheeses and sausage over leek and organic mushroom Risotto Rice . A beautiful display of fresh grilled vegetables and cheeses will be featured on decorative wood board for all to pick out their favorite treats. Green salad with fresh jersey and local toppings, and a fresh baked apple pie with Vanilla & Caramel topping.
$50.00 per person plus 20% gratuity and taxes.

November 4th
Feature dinner will be your choice of Faroe Island Salmon herb crusted or a 14oz prime pork chop. Both main entrees will be served over a leek and organic mushroom Risotto Rice with grilled local carrots. A beautiful display of fresh grilled vegetables and cheeses will be featured on decorative wood board for all to pick out their favorite treats. Green salad with fresh jersey and local toppings, and an assortment of fresh pies to choose from and with Vanilla & Caramel topping.
$50.00 per person plus 20% gratuity and taxes.

November 11th
Feature dinner will be a seafood cippolini which will include shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels and crabmeat. A beautiful display of fresh grilled vegetables and cheeses will be featured on decorative wood board for all to pick out their favorite treats. Green salad with fresh jersey and local toppings, and an assortment of fresh pies to choose from and with Vanilla & Caramel topping.
$50.00 per person plus 20% gratuity and taxes.
 
November 18th
Feature dinner will be a Menza Luna Homemade Pumpkin Ravioli. There will be Fresh Chilean Sea Bass in a Sambuca Braised Fennel Cream Sauce over Polenta Squares and a fresh Autumn salad and antipasto. . A beautiful display of fresh grilled vegetables and cheeses will be featured on decorative wood board for all to pick out their favorite treats. Green salad with fresh jersey and local toppings, and an assortment of fresh pies to choose from and with Vanilla & Caramel topping.
$50.00 per person plus 20% gratuity and taxes.
 
November 25th
No Farm to Table this Saturday due to Thanksgiving.
 
A 25% deposit will be required for all bookings. Cancellations will get full refund with 48 hours prior notice to event dinner starting at 7pm on the 7th, 21st or 28th of that particular venue.
